Privacy Policy

Northline Design Group LLC (“Northline,” “we,” “us”) provides solution-architecture and implementation services for commerce. This policy applies to our website and to information you share when you contact us. By using the site, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and run the site:

• Contact details — the name, email, and message you submit through our contact form. We store these in our database and also receive them by email so we can follow up.
• Submission metadata — when you send the form, we record your IP address and browser user-agent alongside your message, to help prevent abuse and keep a record of the request.
• Usage data — aggregated, cookieless analytics (via Cloudflare Web Analytics) such as pages viewed and referring source, with no attempt to identify you individually.
• Server logs — standard request logs, including IP address and browser type, kept briefly for security.

We use the information to reply to your inquiry, to understand which parts of the site are useful, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We rely on a few providers to operate the site, and share information with them only to the extent they need it to do their job:

• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, bot protection, and cookieless analytics.
• Resend — delivery of contact-form messages to our inbox.
• Sentry — client-side error monitoring that helps us find and fix problems on the site.

Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs invisibly and may collect device and interaction data to tell humans from bots. Cloudflare’s handling of that data is described in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

We keep cookies to a minimum, and the ones we use are essential — such as protecting the contact form from abuse and letting Cloudflare serve the site securely. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and our analytics is cookieless.

We also store your appearance preference (light or dark) in your browser’s local storage. That stays on your device and isn’t sent to us. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site, like the contact form, from working.

Aside from the providers named above, we do not share your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights and the security of the site. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as we need them to follow up on your inquiry and for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time (see “Your rights”). Server logs are short-lived, and our analytics is aggregated rather than tied to you.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop contacting you. Email us and we’ll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
